Pierluigi Maddalena "LOU" is a certified personal trainer who was educated Dominican College in Orangeburg, NY with an education in the Athletic Training program.

Core competencies include:

 

Strength & Conditioning, Exercise Physiology, Nutrition, Kinesiology/ Biomechanics, Injury Care and Prevention, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Stretching, and understanding Sport & Motivational Psychology.


Lou has extensive experience training people from novices to athletes, in addition to clients with disabilities and chronic injuries. Strength, cardio classes, and one on one personal training are also available upon request.

 

Lou WILL always push his clients to meet and exceed in order to go beyond any plateaus. He has a very unique philosophy on training  that builds a foundation in any individual's life. Lou's goal is to make clients fearless and the teach principles of weight training, and to use these priniciples outside the gym to succeed in any endeavor one may face.
